At Clubok, we take your family's privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What We Collect
We collect the minimum data needed to run your family economy: account information (name, email), family structure (member names and roles), and economy data (tasks, transactions, balances). We do not collect children's personal data beyond their first name.
How We Use It
Your data is used solely to provide the Clubok service — managing your family economy, displaying dashboards, and sending notifications you've opted into. We never sell your data. We never use it for advertising.
How We Store It
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Azure cloud infrastructure with data centers in your selected region. Backups are encrypted and retained for 30 days.
Children's Privacy
Clubok is designed for family use. Children's accounts are created and managed by parents. We collect only the child's first name and their in-app activity. We comply with COPPA and GDPR requirements for children's data.
Your Rights
You can export all your family data at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data permanently. You can request a copy of all data we hold about your family. Contact us at privacy@clubok.io.
