The Service
Clubok provides a family economy simulation platform. It is not a financial institution. Family coins are virtual and have no real monetary value outside the family's agreement. The parent or guardian is responsible for managing the family economy.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create a parent account. Children's accounts are created and managed by the parent. You are responsible for all activity under your family's accounts. Keep your login credentials secure.
Acceptable Use
Clubok is designed for family use. You agree not to use the service for any commercial purpose, to create fake accounts, or to attempt to access other families' data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
Clubok and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Clubok and protected by copyright. Your family's economy data belongs to you. You grant us a license to store and display it for the purpose of providing the service.
Limitation of Liability
Clubok is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the family economy simulation. The educational value depends on how parents configure and manage the system.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of Clubok after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
